LifeAir have warehouses in Stockholm (Europe) and Portland (USA) and handles the following currencies USD, Euro, and SEK. The world is therefore divided into the following areas: USA, Europe, rest of the world, and Sweden.

 

To (or within) USA: 10 USD / 10 EUR / 100 SEK

To (or within) Europe: 10 USD / 10 EUR / 100 SEK

To (or within) rest of the world: 35 USD / 35 EUR / 350 SEK

To (or within) Sweden: 10 USD / 10 EUR / 35 SEK

 

Please notice that VAT is included in all visible prices in the shop. Possible custom fees are always payed by the customer. LifeAir cannot be held responsible for any VAT or customs matters.

We do not ship to Iran, Brazil, Argentina, and North Korea.

Payment

LifeAir handles the following currencies: USD, Euro, SEK. Your purchase will be debited in the currency shown. In case of a return you will be refunded in the currency you paid in and to the account you used when making the purchase.

 

Stripe

  • LifeAir uses secure payments with Stripe and handles the the following credit cards Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

 

Paypal

  • LifeAir also accepts payments through Paypal.

 

About Stripe secure payments

  • Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider, Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.

 

About Paypal secure payments

  • PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe.
  • Paypal don’t share your financial information with the merchant (LifeAir).
  • Paypal send you a confirmation email when you make a payment.

Order process

  • Once you have completed the payment, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to your registered email. This will have your order number, complete order details and shipping address. Please save it for your records.
  • Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt (Mon-Fri).
  • Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt (Mon-Fri).
  • Time for delivery vary depending on destination. We ship from our warehouse in USA or Sweden.

Shipment

  • LifeAir ship from its warehouses in Stockholm, Sweden, and Portland, USA.
  • Delivery time will normally be 2-5 business days, but can be longer depending on destination.
  • EUROPE: LifeAir ship your order door-door with UPS Parcel. The shipment goes with UPS standard/expedited. UPS will make three attempts to deliver your package. If you are not at home they will leave a note. Please be sure to contact them and schedule a delivery or a pick-up at a service point. If the package is returned to LifeAir you will be debited another shipping fee to get the package delivered.
  • USA: LifeAir ship your order door-door with USPS or FedEx Ground. The carrier will make an attempt to deliver your package. If you are not at home they will leave a note. Please be sure to contact them and schedule a delivery or a pick-up at a service point. If the package is returned to LifeAir you will be debited another shipping fee to get the package delivered.
  • REST OF THE WORLD: LifeAir ship your order door-door with UPS, USPS and FedEx. The carrier will make an attempt to deliver your package. If you are not at home they will leave a note. Please be sure to contact them and schedule a delivery or a pick-up at a service point. If the package is returned to LifeAir you will be debited another shipping fee to get the package delivered.

Return and exchange

We really want you to be happy with your purchase. However if you for some reason is not satisfied with your item you may return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase.

 

Return

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 14 days period.
  • To receive a refund your item must be unused and returned in its complete original package, which must be undamaged. If the item or packaging is not satisfactory we will contact you.
  • Contact us at support@lifeair.com. Please include your receipt and tell us about the reason for your return. We will email you a return shipping label.
  • Use the return shipping label and include your receipt into the package. Call the carrier printed on the shipping label to schedule a pick-up or leave the package at one of their many service points. Go to the following links to find the number or closest service point:
  • All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. This means that LifeAir will deduct the initial shipping fee plus the return shipping fee from the amount we will refund you. The return shipping fee is the same as the initial shipping fee you were charged at order. Please find the shipping fees HERE.
  • The refund will be processed as soon as we have received the item at our warehouse. With bank delays this might take up to 10 bank days.

 

Exchange

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 14 days period.
  • To exchange your item it must be unused and returned in its complete original package, which must be undamaged. If the item or packaging is not satisfactory we will contact you.
  • Please send us an email to support@lifeair.com and inform us you wish to change the product. Please include your receipt and tell us about the reason for your exchange. We will email you a return shipping label.
  • Use the return shipping label sent to you and include your receipt into the package. Call the carrier printed on the shipping label to schedule a pick-up or leave the package at one of their many service points. Go to the following links to find the number or closest service point:
  • Place a new order. You will be refunded the full amount for your first order and charged for the new order placed.
  • We will not charge you any extra for the return shipping when exchanging a product. Please remember to send us an email regarding the exchange so that we do not charge you any extra for the return shipping.

Damaged item and claims

Inspect your items thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. If the package is damaged, please inform the carrier and remark on the delivery paperwork and refuse delivery. You must contact us at support@lifeair.com within 24 hours to report damage.
