Life Ambulance Service Inc., has been providing patient care transport services since 1985. The corporation has grown to twenty three stations in four states. More than twenty-four years of experience has allowed Life Ambulance Service Inc. to grow into a highly trusted provider of ambulance service in Southern Ohio. The positive customer feedback has allowed us to refine our processes and expand into the West Virginia, Indiana, and Kentucky medical transportation markets.

Life Ambulance Service Inc. has established a level of service that provides quality patient care while maintaining positive relationships with our patients, the communities we serve as well as the staff and facilities served.

Since 1985 Life Ambulance Service Inc. has grown from a company with two ambulances and 20 employees to a company that has 178 vehicles and over 950 employees, providing wheelchair transports, basic life support, advanced life support and mobile intensive care transports. In March, 2006 Life Air Inc. was established based on the same principles that have brought Life Ambulance thus far. Life Air Inc., received licensure from the State of Ohio in 2008 and the State of Indiana in May of 2009. The Air medical service is currently operating in Chillicothe, Ohio. Our second air medical base will open in January of 2010 in West Union, Ohio. We feel these bases will greatly enhance our capabilities to bring patients to your facility.

The addition of the air medical services to the existing services offered by Life Ambulance Service Inc. will allow the patients, customers and contracted facilities the opportunity to make one call for all of their medical transport needs.

During the past twenty-four years Life Ambulance Service Inc. has developed an excellent reputation for customer service and quality patient care. Life Ambulance Service Inc., has support structures in place to ensure quality service, such as the quality assurance program, an accredited education department and on staff CPA and legal counsel. Our Critical Intensive Care Paramedic course is offered in conjunction with the Cleveland Clinic. Our medical director, Dr. Wayne Wheeler (licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and West Virginia) is available 24 hours per day to provide support and assistance to our employees.
